Lasermach offers an easy and fast-to-set-up cobot welding solution consisting of a PhotonWeld A-Pro Laser welding machine (incl. power source, wire feeder, welding torch) as a base, compact Digital Interfacing Module (DIM), and an A-Pro-C torch holder. The DIM module connects the laser welding machine with the cobot. For the laser welding machine, Lasermach has a range of 3 different cobot-ready alternatives. The PhotonWeld A-Pro laser welding machines can be hooked up with cobots using the DIM interface.
The torch holder is designed so that the manual welding torch can be fitted to it. It has a quick attachment system so the welder can effortlessly detach the torch from the cobot and add manual welding to the workflow.
